Can I return my item?

Items in new condition with tags attached and original packaging must be returned within 10 business days for a full refund excluding shipping costs. Please submit a return or exchange request HERE

Can I change my address?

Addresses can be changed if a customer notifies us within one hour of placing the order. Our warehouse operates with an automated shipping system so items are picked, pulled, and mailed in a streamlined process. I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?

You can change the size within one hour of placing your order. Once the order is processed fully, we cannot alter the size. Please submit a size change request HERE

Can I apply a discount code after I place an order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, you will not be able to add discounts. Also, we do not combine or enter multiple discounts codes at the time of purchase.

My order arrived incomplete. Is there a reason why?

We strive to maintain a certain level of speed and efficiency, so we will split orders to prevent extended waiting periods for all customers. To locate additional tracking numbers, please visit “my orders” under your “my account” page.

Can I return/exchange an item that I purchased during a clearance or promotional sale?

Items purchased during a sale can be exchanged for items of the same value. Exchanges will be honored at sale price including new markdowns. Please review or return& exchange policy for more details.

How can I sign up to be notified about restocks?

If a product has out of stock, please go to the item description, and where it says, “notify when back in stock” enter your e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail when more sizes are added to the site.

How do I take care of the fabric?

Nylon: Wash cold, and dry with low heat. (Bomber jackets, pullovers, etc.)
Cotton: Wash cold, and dry with low heat (Jackets, shirts, etc.)
Polyester: Wash delicately, hang dry, or dry with low heat. (Jackets and Tops)
Spandex: Wash delicately, hang dry, or dry with low heat.
