We know ordering online can be stressful, so we wanted to explain the different order statuses and shipping methods used at HGC.
Backorders & Preorders
Customers have the opportunity to preorder limited releases that will arrive around the date outlined in the item description. Tentative mailing dates are subject to change at any time and updates are sent via email to subscribers only. CLICK HERE to subscribe and stay informed.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with all information pertaining to you purchase. This will show immediately after purchase and you should receive an email to the address used during checkout. If you didn’t receive an email, don’t worry. CLICK HERE to email so we can resend the notification.
In 3 to 5 business days, which does not include the weekends or holidays, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive a notification. If you haven’t received any correspondence in 7 business days, not including preorders, then CLICK HERE let us know.
Shipping timeframes are determined by United States Parcel Service (USPS) and the United Postal Service (UPS) depending on the service selected at checkout.
USPS First Class Mail
First Class Mail is a safe and reliable way to mail small packages. Orders arrive in 5-7 business days.
USPS Priority Mail
Priority Mail is used to mail larger packages that arrive in 3-4 business days. Please select “Expedited Shipping” at checkout to use this shipping method.
UPS Ground will be used for packages with FREE SHIPPING or depending on the location of the customer. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
