ATTENTION: DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. (4.01.2020)
Please review our suspended policy below:
We accept exchanges for retail price items in new condition within seven days of item receipt. The item cannot be worn, damaged, washed or altered. The original tags must be attached.
Once received, HGC Apparel will evaluate your claim. If we agree with your assertions, we will respond and request that you please return the item to our warehouse. We will provide you with all necessary information to do so in our response. However, you are solely responsible for the cost of exchanging the item at issue. if you would like to process an exchange, please click the link above.
Clearance and Sales items are Final Sale.
