Return & Exchange Policy

We know it can always be difficult shopping online, purchasing an item, then having to exchange it because something isn’t quite right. We wanted to put your mind at ease and let you know we are now accepting returns & exchanges on approved orders. An order will be  “Approved” based on the condition of the returned item.

 

Once approved, we will respond with instructions to continue the return/exchange and please allow 5-7 days to ship all new replacement orders. If you don’t have all the packaging, then don’t worry. We can still work with you, but we do have to make it ready for the next member of HGC, which will incur a 20% restocking fee that excludes shipping costs. If you can, please try and keep your packaging until you try everything on, but if something gets lost, just know we got you!

Returns

To initiate a return request on any item purchased at full price, then please send an email to customerservice@hgcapparel.com including this information located on your order invoice:

  • Name (Janet Smith)
  • Email Associated With Order
  • Order Number (ex. 75890)
  • Item Title (ex. Black by Popular Demand® Black & Red Unisex Split Shirt)
  • Issue with item (Sizing, Color, Etc.)

We strive to respond within 2-3 business days regarding your request. All refunds will be processed and returned to your account within 5-10 business days. Again, please feel free to contact us during the process if you have any questions.

Exchanges
