Return & Exchange Policy HGC Apparel

Items in new condition, tags attached and original packaging, must be returned within 10 Business days for a full refund excluding shipping costs.

Orders are approved based on the condition of the returned item. If approved, we will respond with instructions to continue the return/exchange. Please allow up to 5 days to ship all replacement orders.

If you don’t have all the packaging, then don’t worry. We do have to make your item ready for the next customer, which will incur a 20% restocking fee that excludes shipping costs. If you can, please try and keep your packaging until you try everything on, but if something gets lost, you can STILL return your item.

Returns

To initiate a return request on any item purchased at full price, then please send an email to support@hgcapparel.com including this information located on your order invoice:

  • Name (Janet Smith)
  • Email (used to place order)
  • Order Number (ex. 75890)
  • Item Title (ex. Black by Popular Demand® Black & Red Unisex Split Shirt)
  • Issue with item (Sizing, Color, Etc.)

We strive to respond within 2 business days regarding your request. All refunds will be processed and returned to your account within 5 business days. Again, please feel free to contact us during the process if you have any questions.
