Exchange Policy

We know it can always be difficult shopping online, purchasing an item, then having to exchange it because something isn’t quite right. We wanted to put your mind at ease and explain our exchange process just in case if you ever have an issue with your order. Newcomers, welcome to our page and thank you for reviewing our policies. For those that shopped with us before we appreciate you and we are happy to see you back and hope we can everything is good, but please contact us if you have any questions.

We want you to know we’ve made a lot of changes to create a much smoother and easier process with our exchange policy. We now accept exchanges on full price items in new condition within 7 days. Items cannot be returned if they are worn, damaged, washed or stained. Also, the original tags must be attached. Once received, we will evaluate your claim and approve or deny your exchange request based on the condition of the returned item.

If approved, then we will respond with instructions on how to continue the exchange. If denied, you will receive a detailed email outlining the discrepancies with the request and if returned to or warehouse not as initially described, then the item will be returned via UPS Ground. Again, exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. When we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days to reprocess and ship your new order.
